The options menu problem kind of ruins its functionality. Completely freezes the game so can’t really troubleshoot any errors.
I left a reply on Curseforge. I will take a look at it this weekend and see how much trouble it will be to get it back working again. There was a lot of changes to the API, especially to the Options menu.

I don’t think I made any changes to the options menu since its using ace3 to register. It just so happens to freeze the game if you enter the options menu more than once.
I will go through the whole thing and see what’s up. The Options menu has a new “Settings” that they implemented in 11.0.

Dude, got addon on github there some cody for 2 files
1st flyPlateBuffs.lua
2nd options.lua
Change in folder and it works now.

If you change out the files from Github for flyplatebuff.lua and options.lua it will work. I’ve had it working again for a few days now.

Any addon show Dr above player head instead of nameplate that work? Diminish addon is outdated atm.

There is a button called ‘‘Raw’’ on top right click on it then copy the code and paste it into the original folder.
Do this for both flyplatebuff.lua and options.lua

Download the original version of flyplatebuffs created by FlyNeko in 2016. You will find it easily it has over 800k downloads.

I don’t have experience with that one. When I had to fix my addon I deleted it and just downloaded it again ( the 2016 version )
Then I just replaced those two codes and addon works again !
