according to wowhead you need to be level 1 to get this and it is available from Rozzic or Slamfist in Orgrimar but neither of them have the pattern/reciope for it so where do you get it from???
It used to require engineering skill level 300 to create. If it’s saying akill level 1 now, then it’s probably a BC recipe now and you would need to learn BC engineering from a trainer in Shat to learn the recipe.

You can also check the engineering trainer in Org to see if it’s still a classic recipe in case the BC trainer doesn’t have it.
You would need to have learned classic (1-300) engineering from him.
When the recipe purchase window pops, click on the drop down and select show unlearned recipes to see if there’s one for the flying machine at skill level 300.
Yes this one is a mess now. The tooltip says Engineering (1) (which means Classic Engineering), but the spell appears to need Engineering (300) to learn - but uses entirely Outland mats to make and can only be learned from Outland trainers - and shows up in the Classic section of your Eng spellbook.
