Flying in Argus?

When?
They arent releasing flying in argus M80
When the servers shut down.
Never tbh
Argus will be like Isle of Quel'Danas , Wintergrasp, Tol Barad, Molten Front, Isle of Thunder, Timeless Isle and Ashran. AKA No Fly Zones
Never... They said in a past Q&A it was not designed for flying.
Never, and they never should.

Flying really shouldn't be in the game in the first place, and we the players don't want it in future expansions.

What's this 'we', M80?
There are various no fly zones through out the game, so it’s unlikely that flight will make it to Argus at all.
Argus is dead content anyway.

Hopes landing to antorus portal is the only part that gets used anymore.

Even then, when people join a group and there is no warlock already inside, they are probly gonna leave group.
Argus will have flying when Silvermoon does.

Simply put, free flight in Argus in its current form is impossible.

The graphics and models and layouts that we see are all smoke and mirrors and a magic trick. Opened up to free flight, we'd see all sorts of men behind the curtains and learn how much like the Truman Show WoW really is.

You can fly in Wintergrasp, when there's no battle going on.

Druids can fly in Ashran with an item, but that's about it.

What's this "we" stuff? Better holster it in Cowboy, you don't speak for me.
Why are some people so vehemently against flying?

Serious question.

They think it 'ruins immersion', 'skips content', 'gives other players an "advantage" (whatever that means), they enjoy seeing things from the ground (and apparently can't regulate themselves from using something they say they hate), and other such nonsense that means nothing if you give it any serious logical thought.
In the case of Argus, it's mostly the skyboxes: the effect of buildings and cliffs towering over you only really works while you're on the ground. Unlike with a lot of their previous shortcuts, which took a little effort to clear for flying use but were possible, there's really no way to change that without a) writing some extremely complicated parallax shaders, or b) completely blowing out their performance budget.

As someone having nearly 20k achievement points, I think I speak for most of the community.

Yes, we don't want flying in game.

Not sure what achievement have to do with that, but I have nearly 21k and I prefer flying. I suppose I speak for a larger portion of the community by that logic.
