Has anyone on the PTR confirmed this?
Some people say the achievement is character-locked and others say it should be acnt-wide, so which is it? If we even know?
If they think people are really going to grind out flying per character I think Blizz is in for a serious reality check, let alone that we already had to grind out flying once this x-pac.
It is always account wide.
If that happens, it will just to give the hardcore players their e-woodies. Later it they will make it account wide for the little people.

Why would SL pathfinder not work or carry over to the new zone. It makes zero sense earning flying TWO times in the same expansion. That is some grade a bs from blizzard
Clearly Blizzard wants you to experience the content on the ground first instead of flying over it.

Lol we did pathfinder in 2 parts already. They want us to rush through it asap got it. I’ll make sure to ignore the roses and get it asap

If it’s not listed as that then it’s a PTR bug or an oversight and it’ll be fixed. Every flying achieve has been account-wide, no reason to think this would be an exception. The outrage would be ridiculous if it was.
It’s a new zone. They want you to experience the new zone on the ground first, instead of flying over it.
If you choose to do that, that’s on you.
I don’t get the logic this is purely done for time played metrics for investors ……… not in the players best interests

Flying is account wide, has been since WoD, that isn’t changing now.
Being told that flying over it is bad you just play it our way…… makes me not want to go with flow bum rush it is. Stop forcing me to ground. We aren’t forcing you to fly
I hope you are correct about this part. But also on the flipside, I’ve more or lesss (more) lost my good faith in this game for a while now and I genuinely believe they only care about subs and time-played metrics more than player QoL.

It’s their game. You play everything their way or you don’t play.
Do whatever you want within the parameters of the game. The parameters of the game say you’re going to be on the ground until you unlock flying.
I’m not forcing you to do anything.
The achievement will be account wide once completed but its progression won’t be. Which means, once again, I’ll be forced to focus on one character again. /Sigh.

Well it appears to be not many people playing anymore so…continue on being the perfect obedient player and don’t question anything I suppose. You do you.
I came back recently and no one in my guild is online anymore. None of my wow friends are online, except like 2, sometimes 3 playing Classic.
Trade chat and zone chat is dead.
Lets keep rolling this way I’m sure it’ll be great for the game…
