I know, I know. I can hear the Horse haters out there vibrating with rage typing furiously about how Horses are bad.
But really, the Flying Horse is a thing of wonder.
1 - They can fly. Flying mounts can take you wherever ground mounts can, but ground mounts can’t take you to places where flying mounts can.

2 - They are small enough that you can walk through doors with them, gaining those precious seconds of indoor mountspeed as the game takes a while to dismount you. They also don’t get stuck on narrow paths and low-hanging geometry in outdoor areas.

3 - They don’t look stupid on ground-only zones. Riding a mount with wings looks terrible in ground-only places because your mount just refuses to use it’s wings, no matter what. You make them jump off a cliff? They would rather die than fly. Why? Flying horses when running on ground-only zones just look like… perfectly normal horses. Except they have, like, eyeglow and stuff.

4 - They come in many flavors. You might have noticed on the previous pictures that there are many different types of Flying Horse. And that’s a good thing. You can pick the Horse that matches your character best, rather than trying to fit your character to the Horse or WORSE! Going around with a missmatched horse!
