Flight switching as it's implemented is ridiculous

Unfortunately, this is the style of Microsoft. They don’t care what you think, they just do what they think.

I do not think MS is involved with this decision. The toggle switch of five seconds indicates to me a higher up made the call and not the dev or programmer that came up with the switch between the two modes They could have chosen .5 or even 1 or 2 seconds but they chose five seconds.
