This doesn’t always work. I still failed 9 times in a row today.

Never said it did, but since it was released, people have complained about this, and everyone who actually tells people how to do this are ignored and dismissed, just like you’re dismissing me.

I agree completely that it’s partly broken because the middle of the flower should count.

But I’m also telling you that it’s easy to do if you realize how to do it, and you’ll be able to complete it every single time. They haven’t “fixed” it because it’s true.

So, with this logic, if something is only half broke it should be ignored and people should learn to work around it? In a game they charge a Box price for AND a monthly sub for?

This is a bug report forum. To report bugs. Just like this. There’s no need for condescending responses like your original one here.

It’s not condescending in the slightest. Someone is literally trying to HELP YOU by telling you how to accomplish this RIGHT NOW, until Blizzard deigns to “fix” it.

And incidentally, people have been talking about this for EIGHT MONTHS. This is far from the first bug report on this topic. If Blizzard truly felt this was “broken” they would have “fixed” it by now. Many people including myself are of the opinion that in fact this is working as intended. Once you know how to do it, it’s very difficult to fail it.

No, you can fall through the flower anywhere on it. Petals, centre, edge, anywhere.

Can Blizzard at least acknowledge that this is broken? People wonder why the perception is they don’t care, when this quest is still broken, and no one has responded yet.

Here is another bug. I when I start the quest and clock the portal it just takes me to the other side. No wings come out and the is no jumping to the flowers. I’ve bee trying this now for about an hour. I would appreciate a fix in the next patch please

I have a theory that this issue is latency-based. If your connection is a bit slow, you miss the horizontal area that you react to throw you back up, and then fall through.

I believe a fix would be to deepen the landing area to compensate for poor latency, so players are not skipping through the bounce area.

I totally agree with you Luup. I thought that they would have fixed it with this weeks patch. I don’t thinks it will ever get fix. Everyone is only concentration on that law suite they have
