Flickering torch(An item that you get from random boxes) constantly re-applies the aura I think every game tick. The result of this is SEVERE frame drops for everyone around you. I had it on because I clicked it in my bags accidentally, and my group mates were getting 1-2 FPS.

There’s also a blue text Mushroom 1-time use that applies this affect as well.
They really need to get rid of the buffs from these items. There seems to be some kind of crafting-like animation that people do that also applies it. I wish i could hover over them to see what it is, but my game is completely frozen and all i see is a hunched over player while i have the buff on me and am hearing game sounds. This has happened twice now, once at the bank where the other player was the only other person and once at the AH. Maybe they just had the flickering torch on while crafting, idk my game was frozen
Honestly im just impressed we havent seen complaints of it weaponized in pvp yet
