Either this is bugged or it needs to allow us to click it off. I ended up having to kms on hostile mobs (because I could not attack them) in order to get it to go away.
Did you complete the objective and find the other npcs and turn it in? I did last night and after that it went away, but if you did and it didn’t go away then yeah I’d say it bugged out.

I got the treasure last night with no problems after looking it up on wowhead and following the directions on how to complete it.

Not bugged you need to talk to 3 guys while you have the buff.

I’m saying to please give the option to remove it ourselves if we want instead of being locked into it, especially if someone were to click it without realizing what it does.
It was in the buff bar for me. I just right-clicked it and it went away. I’ll go back eventually when I want to put effort into figuring it out.
I was able to remove it yesterday just by clicking it off I believe
Ok, so then it was bugged for me lol.
There was no buff for it that appeared for me, even with all addons disabled
Every time I went into a cave the buff went away.
