I can no longer enchant cloaks with Flexweave Underlay. It says item level too high. My other cloak of the same item level has the enchant. Please fix the things. Thanks.
Edit to add: Basically I need to know if this is the new normal so I can change professions or is it a bug. Enquiring minds want to know.

it better not be intended… 2 or so days ago I was having the exact same issue with the nitro-boosts on my belt but they’ve since then fixed it thankfully… I created a ticket myself but I’m assuming this is also going under the radar because without nitroboosts and flexweave the profession is damn near useless.
in-fact playing a hunter without the flexweave+disengage almost makes me want to reroll main classes lmao

doesn’t even give me any error, just shows the item in red, like I can’t use it, when I try to apply the tinker, and it just won’t apply, no message.
Same issue. Will not allow me to select the cloak to apply in the Enchant box. If I click enchant then try to apply it in my bag, or character window it gives the “Target is to high level” error.
I doubt you’ll get any insight here, since the devs don’t read or post here. And are famously shy about answering “why” questions in any event.
But it’s possibly illuminating that they acknowledged (after fixing) the similar reported bug about Nitro Boosts but haven’t said or done anything about this.

Yep still not working to be put on, but the cloaks that are already enchanted seem to work fine.
Hope this gets fixed up as it does make engineering overall somewhat less appealing lol.
Yep, I will probably be changing professions for this reason. I don’t think I’ll farm for a mount for awhile anyways.

Well it seems like a bug but who knows; let’s hope for the best!

Seems to be fixed now. I was able to apply the flexweave overlay tinker successfully last night

Guess I’ll relearn everything eventually. I ended up switching professions.
