How do you expect to retain players when we cant even progress through the game due to game breaking bugs. Others players still reporting they still cant even login to play the damn game.
Its been almost 11 hours now with no fix. The campaign quest “A Deadly Distraction” is not working and I haven’t been able to progress for almost 12 hours now. Submitting a ticket and bug report has proved worthless thus far…
Meanwhile “top” streamers were level 60 within 6 hours of launch and had no issues.
Really killed the new expansion hype for me and I’m sure for many other players…

Man I get the disappointment but this happens literally every expansion.
and it’s not just top streamers getting 60 got several people in my guild that are already there.

Have you reported the issue in customer service? I would try that before posting in GD because honestly, you have a better shot over there than GD where you get people like me that are super tempted to troll instead.
Not even half a day into a 2 year expansion and you people are already screaming foul.
Doing everything in 6 hours isn’t gonna give them a head start. As long as you max by Saturday you will be fine.

Ive sent a ticket and made a bug report. No help. All I get is an automated response how the GMs are too busy so try reloading UI or turning off addons blah blah
I have no problem logging in. I did start Shadowlands earlier than I wanted to, but so far no issues.
My connection has been solid as a rock and I have encountered no bugs so far.
Only problem I have seen today is with my Fishing and Cooking dailys. My level 43 warrior got 5850 XP from each while my level 50’s only got 850 per quest.
Heck even my level 10 Death Knight got 1200 xp.
Dumb.
