Azeroth is flat and the Titans are putting mana in the water that turn the frickin frogs gay! (I remembered while writing this that there are unironically gay frogs in DF)

I didn’t know there was an achievement when I did it. When I saw that thing day one, all I knew is that I was going to get smooshed.
I also jumped into the forge in Ironforge the first time I stepped foot in the city.
Don’t look at me like that. It was for charity!
But earth is named so for the fact that it comes from the matter that make up Earth. Hence the name. If we lived on Mars, what we call earth (soil/dirt) would probably have been called mars for Mars.
How deep does this rabbit hole go?!

Earth is an elemental force in fiction, it just so happens to share the name of the planet we live on IRL.
The more you know.
No The Earth was named as our planet from an old word meaning “the ground” or the earthen material under us as opposed to air or water. Earth existed first then we name our planet The Earth. So Earthen works just fine as people of the ground.

I want to see how long I can go without getting this achievement; there have already been a couple of absent-minded close calls.
Ok so the dirt came first. But the same logic applies. Azerothians should be calling their dirt, azeroth and hence Azeroth.
