Flashpoint Azerite Trait

Which RNG God do I have to bribe to get this trait???

Seriously, I’ve farmed every single boss/dungeon/warfront boss that can drop a piece with the trait, and nothing. Not a single one.

Only one I got was a quest blue that was Ilvl 320

OP specifically noted that he was farming sources that could drop the trait. The RNG he was referring to was drop RNG, not a misunderstand of traits being RNG.
