I have disabled every add-on, i have tried multiple times in the same day and multiple times over other days to try and loot this item. I have tried the interact with target key, it’s untargetable. i tried first and third person camera options etc. i’ve tried it all, even been in a group with someone else and still can not loot this stupid scroll. please fix it.
UPDATE: The scroll MUST be engulfed by a pillar of ice…if all you see is a scroll, you have to wait to loot it.
