Quest: Kill it with Fire
Item: Flamethrower Torch
Issue: Item tooltip shows an 8 sec cooldown, yet the item will sometimes take 5 minutes to cooldown. Completing this quest is possible, but requires multiple stages of sitting AFK for 5 minutes with the Quest Item finishes it’s cooldown.
Seems as if it shares the CD’s with pots so mine was on cd since I was using Pots
