Sometimes my flame shock goes on cd, but the dot isn’t applied to my target. Anyone else had this issue?
It’s usually bc of some Type of immunity. I see it often in pvp against pally and Dk
I don’t pvp. I’m talking about in dungeons and raids. Regular mobs. I just did a key and it happened with a few different kinds of mobs, and I asked another dot class if they had the same issue and they didn’t, so I don’t think it’s the nature of the mobs themselves. Good call, though.

i’ve seen it happen to, its rare and not sure how to replicate
It happens to me a fair amount, and reporting it, I basically just got “Hey, submit a bug report”. I did that already, so sucks to be me, I guess.
