Chain Lightning on that main target.
Anyone who got hit with the chain Lightning now has a mini flame shock.
Press the new buffed P wave.

Dope concept, fills a QOL gap, I like it. Honestly they should have always had a way for there to be AoE spread for flame shock. This is a lot more interactive than a thought I’d always had (something to do with lava spewing from the Earthquake spell), and wouldn’t require maelstrom to start AoE with a burst.

Just give Ele a passive talent that lets one Flame Shock every 20-30 seconds hit in the same AoE radius as Enh Voltaic Blaze. Maybe with an additional effect or extended duration.
Why not make Lava Burst splash the Flame Shock dot to nearby targets?
