Flame Leviathan never spawned for over 15 minutes. We left the instance to try and reset, and we ended up permanently locked out of the instance. It says that an encounter is in progress, and it has been over 30 minutes. We even tried everyone in the raid logging out, resetting, you name it. We now cannot even attempt Ulduar this week.

hey, this just happened to our 10 man raid group!! please help we want to raid this week ! 
Also happened to us please fix this and don’t brick our week 1 lockout.
same problem for our group hopefully a GM see this
