I just killed a guy for about the millionth time carrying a flag that was not shown on the map. At first I thought it just wasn’t shown until it was halfway across, then I thought maybe the first third of the map, now I kill this guy killing my flag and it was never represented on the map. I have played this game for a long time, but not as long as some, and stuff like this makes me wonder how the game has come so far when the original BGs still can’t put the flags on the map. This was the brawl, which makes it WAY, WAY more obvious.
15 years is an achievement, but it’s also a milestone and day-one bugs like this shouldn’t still be here.
But they can and sometimes are halfway or further, so I have to check each of three routes out of my base when I see the flag is picked up? Also, the fact that they appear right away in the Pandaria flag-based BG is inconsistent. Where is that even written in-game? I advocate for a BG Adventurer’s Journal so we can get more than tooltip rules.

Years ago they never showed at all. I just remember when they added the tracker to appear after a certain time (because people like me had good hiding spots). Its not mentioned im game but I might be able to find the patch notes.
