Flagellation Bug?

I was curious if anyone else is encountering a bug where you can’t cleanse Flagellation? I’ll do the animation to cleanse it (I think) then there is a whisper type sound but I don’t get the haste buff.

I wanted to choose Venthyr but it seems like their class ability is bugged.

Yeah it’s a bug. It actually works if you choose venthyr as your covenant and get the ability permanently. When you are testing it out (either in the leveling campaign or in Oribos) the cleansing portion doesn’t work.
