I don’t know who decided to cut the forbearance CD and allowed paladins to not only do full damage while bubbled, but attack while bopped.
But there is a special place in the maw for this person.

NGL. I do love my orange and my blue TCG tabards and my rooster mount. I really wish the card game were still activly going…was collecting so many points for an ogre suit but alas.

I’ll just beat my ogre pinata…the bubnle gum is a balm.
See opposite faction body, use flag. Always. Also, if you see same faction body, use baby raptors to eat it.

Usually when I see it used on me, it’s someone I’ve killed 12 times in a BG who gets the KB on me after someone else beats me and then they drop it on me like they did something. 
I think that’s how to properly use it. It’s less a flag of ownership, and more a flag of salt.

That one is considered rare now? Dang! I used to give those out to my friends as gifts back when the TCG was big. Guess I should have held on to some.
I miss my knife toy (cuts up the corpse), foul belly (fart sound) and /fart macro.
Just doesn’t work without /fart working.
As far as when to use it? On cooldown.
