I have the same issue on my shadow priest… Vampiric Touch, Shadow Word: Pain, Mind Flay, & Mind Sear… none of those will interrupt someone who is capping a flag.

IMO all instant cast, damaging abilities should interrupt. Dot, channel, or direct damage. The application should interrupt but never the ticks. That’s just like my opinion though.
