There is no reason to have permanent TBC or WRATH.
Why split up the community more?
You obviously haven’t quit since you can post. They are counting on you sticking around until your expansion comes along.

my expansion is never coming along… i wont be conned into playing classic again for my preferred era to end and progress again into the next expansion. I have prepaid time until aug 17.

They never promised forever TBC or WRATH server so not sure why you think you were conned.
Just so you are aware, the plan is to re-release the trilogy every few years at a minimum (vanilla, tbc, then wrath).
They are also working on a new game called Classic Plus which is Vanilla like with changes and new content like dungeons, raids, etc.

They never promised but they have been ignoring this very topic made by 100+ people in different threads for a year now. Why is Blizzard refusing to answer? Simple, they don’t plan on making tbc permanent but don’t want to lose the tbc waiting room before it starts.

They don’t read these forums very much man.
If you want attention go to Reddit (r/classicwow) or directly message them on Bluesky.
They aren’t obligated to answer you though and if you are annoying they will block you on Bluesky.
If they thought it was a good idea to have forever TBC and Wrath they would have done it by now.
It’s not in the plan.
Also 100 people is nothing. There are hundreds of thousands of people playing the game. There were millions in 2019.
100 people is literally noise.
100 threads on the same topic isnt.just noise. The last paladin apocalypse in dragonflight had about 100threads.

There isn’t 1 thread about it on reddit which gets WAY MORE traffic.

Try and post a pro-GDKP thread on reddit and see what you get. There is one there now and the guy who posted it is getting destroyed in comments.
I used to have this same illogical mindset.
If there are enough people to support at least one TBC era and Wrath era server, it would make sense to have them. Whether or not there are enough people who want that is currently an unknown.

Hardly anyone even wants this. You are conflating what YOU want with what is popular.
It’s not that popular of an idea man. There is not enough people who want it.
Yes, we’re quite a lot asking for exactly this ever since it was clear they did not do this for TBC or Wrath Classic.
Our only hope is that Era servers are the reason they made the Anniversary servers.
Like you I have a sub running out, but I do not play on Anniversary at all because I want to KNOW what’s going to happen berfore I commit myself to playing TBC (and probably Wrath) once again.
Yeah, way better that people quit or only play Era.
This is a myth. More different versions would result in more players spending more time in-game.
Take me as an example:
I play now only Era HC, when I get tired or inattentive I simply stop playing WoW altogether. If we had a perma TBC, I’d go there and play for a while, maybe even the progressing Classic when it reaches MoP, but as it is now. my choices are limited from not wanting to lose my characters to Cata once more.

WoW i meant to be fun, a game, not a work, something you play out of duty. If I can’t have the version I like, I quit, and I know we’re quite a bit of the same opinion. This is the main reason Blizz has not told the future of Anni. They are afraid of too many quitting.

Not enugh for who? Blizz is not known for smart decisions. Just look how many Pservers are still existing. I won’t play Psevers, so I hope Blizz gets smart.

Hehe, yes it sure would be. EU side many of us got logged off, and returning found only our Cata characters to choose from (maybe Retail too - don’t have any). I do not know if something similar is happening here, as I have only this one toon US side.
