Reading the forums there comes to light the issue that many people feel that Wow has lost it’s direction. Changed, not the game it use to be, that it needs a course correction. That Wow could still be developed into an even better game for the future.
So I would like to ask the Wow community, the players themselves; how can Wow be fixed?
Consider what the word “many” means. Of the millions of people who play this game, hundreds or maybe a few thousand are complaining in the forums. That puts you in 1% territory.
Most people who don’t like a game just leave and go do something else so if anything the people complaining are a remarkably low percentage of the player base.
And so do draenei! So them too… And vulpera! And dracthyr! And trolls since they have pointy ears and they’re where elves come from! In fact, remove everything but humans, gnomes, dwarves, undead, kul tiran, and the cows.
No offense, but you seem to be posting essentially the same thread over and over. I feel like you are reading the forums very subjectively, with confirmation bias, and expecting us to retype our same responses over and over.
I do like your positive framing this time, but it still begins with assumption that game is broken. I would counter with suggestion that the game has always been broken in some ways, brilliant in others. Like most of us. WoW is a living, dynamic, evolving game that will always need fixing… until it dies and goes into moth balls. Until then, it will always be in the process.
if you wanted to “fix” the game you would first have to get rid of the brainrot that works there first and hire some more normal people and maybe move out of Cali but I don’t think that ever happen.
