Fixing or Refunding the Nerubian Gemweaver

Is there going to be a fix or refund offered for the Nerubian Gemweaver?

The tooltip reads “Add a socket to a War Within Season 1 item that does not already have one. Can be used on Helms, Bracers, or Belts.”

There is zero indication that this cannot be used on Season 1 PvP items. Blizzard needs to either fix the item (if it is bugged), or offer a refund since the tooltip is completely inaccurate.

Just ran into this myself. What an absolute joke that it can’t be used on PVP gear without indication. And an even bigger joke that it wouldn’t be refundable within XX amount of time.
