A lot of people have brought up the fact that drain life isn’t very good, especially for PvP. Thus, here is a list of fixes that I suggest:

Drain life damage and health gains increased by 50% for a good start.

Soulburn: drain life now turns drain life into a DoT that is placed over a target, healing for +30% more than its base damage and health gains in the first clause.

Drain life is merged with siphon life: Siphon life now works like a shadow priest’s vampiric embrace, but as a debuff. Once you place it over a target, for 8 seconds, 30% of all damage done heals you.

If (3) is implemented, the soulburn version would increase healing to 60%, or as a cool effect, make it AoE.

Drain life is an instant cast, no projectile attack that instantly drains a certain amount of HP of the target and gives it to use, but has a cooldown now.
Maybe these are just fantasy, but I’m sure the King and Queen of Cheese approves.
