I’ve received the quest “Proudmoore’s Parley” and on my way to turn in Genn is nowhere to be found. I don’t have any other quest that would cause him to be anywhere else like with another user had, PROUDMOORE’S PARLEY QUEST BUG? he’s not where the marker shows and the only place I can find him is in Nazjatar but with no turn in option.
Edit: Turns out if you further more into some of the other main quest storylines, (i.e. [The Pride of Kul Tiras]) Genn will reappear where he should be. Just completed [Sweete’s Strongbox].
