I have done finding tahli and made the mount. Do I have to equip and use the mount to get the quest to start?
Having this issue as well on Dalaran. Concerned that there hasn’t been a blue post about this yet.
Same here as 3/7/2022, the quest giver seems to be missing, but it appears on the world map as being to able to pick it up.

Just updating it is still not working on NA realms and hasn’t been since 9.2 went live…kinda concerning that 2 weeks of the NPC physically not being in the game and they’re still oblivious to a solution.
yep STILL borked even after many people on live have unlocked the questline and a whole weekend has gone by since. hopefully tomorrows server “maintenance” fixes things
It’s always nice to have 0 communication on a bug like this.
Currently still bugged. Hoping it is fixed with reset. Super annoying

I was able to do the quest. 
Confirming for Malfurion too.
Quest NPC showed up today for me after not being there for the last several days.
Did the quest tonight. Thankful for the fix.
Came back to confirm this is currently working now
