Same, but I understand the struggle. After all, Blizzard is a small indie company. Hard to get these things right, even after many reports of this issue on PTR from the people paying to beta test their content.

Same issue - no questgiver - have finished every other quest in zone. The night fae NPC is supposed to be in front of the rock at the location on the map…

FFS Blizzard fix it. I am hating this game more and more each day. and to think we probably gonna be stuck with this pathetic excuse of a patch until next expansion which will probably be another year maybe more.
