Very frustrating, as I reported this on PTR weeks ago.

Would be nice if they fixed this some time today so I can at least do a little more dps during the progression raids…

Same here. Noticed the single stack this morning while killing the world boss in ZM.
This appears to be fixed tested on live and is stacking now.

the demonic embrace bug still isnt fixed it works in PVP instances but we really need it in wm as well. another thing ive noticed lately is cross faction wm on especially we had a group of alliance and hord etogether for anthros we were unable to heal opposite faction in the group but we could kill each other have had it happen in instanced dungeons and raids as well
It seems fixed outside PVP or arena combat. Tested with 65k and 70k bolts on dummy with 105% with 3 stacks. Inside arena it seems to still only be getting 35% even with 3 stacks. Think it might still be bugged.
