'm Game Master Adutaggixu and I’ll be the one handling your concern today regarding not being able to place “Love Fool” in Naxxramas. I totally understand how you’re feeling and I get that it can be extremely frustrating as this is a limited time event. I’ve done some investigation and reviewed some other reports regarding the matter, so let’s get right into it!
After further investigation, I’m afraid to say that we did indeed receive multiple reports regarding the incident and our developers are aware of situation and working on a fix to be implemented as soon as possible. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
I’d advise you to submit a bug report on our forums. And if you have any other bugs to report, you can submit a bug report by either going into the in-game ESC menu, select Support, Select Submit feedback or bug report, and last but not least, type out everything that you’ve encountered in a detailed manner to the developers.
As an alternative, you can submit the bug report through the forums at https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/c/support/bug-report/17
What happens next is that our QA team compiles all the instances of a reported bug, and as soon as a bug is confirmed and reproduced on our end, our dev teams start working on it to fix the root cause and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
