Need candy bucket at refuge point to complete achievement, tricks and treats of eastern kingdoms. No candy bucket

Hallow’s End isn’t active on retail until next week.
Confirming that this is still not in the game, trying for the achievement and cannot complete because there isn’t a bucket. It IS listed in the achievement list, it only makes sense to ACTUALLY put it in game!?
Are you in the BfA phase of Arathi? I was able to get the bucket earlier this week, but the BfA phase did not have it.

Just realized this as I was in the blasted lands hunting the other buckets.
Make sure you talk to Zidormi and then go back to Refuge Point. Candy bucket will be there
