[Fixed] Bindpad broke with prepatch, is there another way to make custom keybinds?

Someone made a fix.

RIP Bindpad, and I don’t know if anyone will fix it. I’m fairly lost right now without it.

I’ve looked all through the keybindings section in the WoW UI and can’t find any way to make custom keybinds; e.g., binding middle mouse click to Ctrl + F12.

I can’t find any alternative keybinding addons that can do what Bindpad can do, so am at a loss.

Any ideas?

Bindpad is working fine for me. I know I had to alter the lua at the beginning of shadowlands.
Maybe that’s why. Not sure. And did update with curse. I understand because bindpad is my #1 addon.

also would like bindpad to work, but it has not been updated since 2020. hopefully the addon gets an update

I haven’t used BindPad for years, but I’m pretty sure Clicked can fully replace it.

Can you please clarify exactly which file you edited and its location and what exactly you changed?

I’m at work. When I get home tonight. I’ll check everything out. I have zero coding experience. But if I remember all I had to do was go into correct file hit crtl-f. And copy and paste from another player that posted a fix.

Just give it some time, Stanzilla’s likely focus on fixing WeakAuras atm.

Yea I checked it out. All my bindpad tabs are blacked out and cannot see any spells in the windows. My mounts and basic key binds work that are stored on there but that’s it.
