I don’t think anyone is attacking you. Most people knew how Threads worked, so they just assumed everyone does by this point.
If you mouse over the sparkling item to click or the mob to kill, it tells you which quest you are getting credit for. Just kill and click everything shinny. WQ always finishes faster.

Nope, Turns out, that is the way its supposed to be. I didnt know threads unlocked the world quests, Ive only completed threads on one toon.
I wasn’t attacking you, and I apologize if that’s how it felt. Perhaps Blizzard should make the results of the choices more clear when players are given the option for ToF.

Yes, a little more explanation as to how it works, maybe release a blizzard tutorial explaining the threads and how they work, and all of that. So people get a better understanding.
I should have mentioned before. I am A.D.H.D And part of that comes with, I don’t understand things the way others do, and It takes me longer to grasp things. Its very hard; So. With that in mind. Sorry if I was a bit of a dunce.

Your best friend is going to be Wowhead. I swear, this expansion takes a full manual to understand the end game stuffs and how they work.

Yes they can, but can be hard to locate. Some are not on the big map and only pop up on your mini-map when you get close enough. Which is stupid. But you can level by world quests and dungeons. If you run short, go back to orbios and activate the next zone. Every 6-8 hours, new WQ’s pop up.

You were not a dunce. Blizzard is definitely lax about explaining things. Think of all the outside web sites people always use to find out how to do almost anything in this game. They wouldn’t exist if Blizzard was good at explaining stuff.

Like for one, I am doing the gatamos (I think I spelled it right,) In bastion, and I am running aorund and around and around, And its IN A CAVE…There new “ARROW” Was supposed to tell us if that was upper or lower, I cant believe myself… It probably doesn’t help, I have been living in the night fae world. Bastion is such a MAZE

What is stopping you from doing the quests?
Only like 2 World Quests in all of Shadowlands phase you. There’s literally nothing stopping you from doing the side quests or bonus objectives if there’s a world quest in the same area.
If anything, it just gives you more objectives to do in the area for even more exp.
Me too. Don’t worry. I literally live in a perpetual state of confusion sometimes. Because A.D.H.D Causes me not to see reality, and the world as it is. And it takes me so long to understand anything.
I’m there right now myself, due to the long haul neurological effects from COVID. So I understand.
Yeah, its really difficult. But I am doing the best I can.

You can do threads and never do a WQ though. Side quests in the zones, dungeons, and PVP is more than enough.
I got from 50-54 in revendreth and only did 1 WQ.
Being able to do WQ during threads of point is part of the point of threads of fate.
And overlapping WQs and side quests are the best, knocking out 2 birds with one stone.
Of course. That’s the entire point of threads of fate: to let you level in alternate ways, eg: WQs.
