Fix Fear.
It’s functionality is somehow miscoded. I’m not sure how to describe it but it feels so weird and wrong how the mobs move when they are feared.
Any other lockbros experience this?

They’re suppose run in random direction… Warrior fear been fine… >_> But then again lock would fear more than me.
OP here, maybe I should explain a bit better:
Watching old Vanilla videos, when a mob or player is feared they run at a medium pace for about 10 yards then begin to run around a “zone”, so to speak and will then run in a similar direction, the important distinction is it will always go a similar distance in a predictable manner.
In Classic I have experienced the circumstances surrounding the fear affect seem much more random and volatile. The mob will run so far in a single direction without stopping to change course that they will far outrun even the range of a shadowbolt that is about to be cast.
That could still happen in vanilla. I remember people running out of my range all the time.
Is it me or do feared mobs no longer aggro mobs they get feared into?
Yeah i’ve noticed this on my lock too, i’ll fear a mob and it will just straight speed run him in 1 direction well over 30 yards away my guess would be 40-50, yards but i never played vanilla so idk if that’s just how it was…

They do, when they break out of fear. That’s the same as always. Mobs dont link to feared mobs, but the feared mobs run back once they are unfeared.
Fear seems the same to me.
Yeah fear in vanilla always had the target run too far from the caster. It happens quite a bit, once you fear someone its best to run up a bit for a couple seconds and then do channeling casts. I always ran after them after fearing while dotting and then cast bolts.
SM armory wants to speak with you… Priest feared… Luckily we were cleaving anyways it brought more friends and they got cleaved down… Feared mob came back last…
The devs posted about this during beta in their list of bug fixes. Fear is working correctly.

yeah move, and get feared into like 47 other mobs. warlocks are trolls. If anything you should be happy fear moves the target, it’s OP.
I feel like they run really fast when feared, is it intended? My rogue friend couldn’t even catch up to my feared targets. If its intended then idc, just wondering if its bugged.

It is intended. You didn’t play vanilla?
that’s how it was. fear was super unreliable and usually more trouble than it was worth.
there was no set path or distance. mobs would go all over the planet.
and when you needed them to run super far , they would usually just fear two inches away … break it … and you know the rest.
