Here I am, once again, reminding Blizzard that Warlock pets spawn with 35% health AND with all DoTs and CCs on them. Having my Felguard just be banished when I res in the GY in a BG is unacceptable. Now I have to sit there and wait out the duration before I can rejoin the fight.

cry more u can literally go soul link meta form and absolutely bend over any and all physical damage dealers in the game without losing more than 10% hp
but yeah warlocks need all that damage reduction stacking and an unkillable pet, that u can literally Fel Dom a new one. But cry more there’s any kind of counterplay to your kit
You should learn reading and basic comprehension. My complaint deals entirely with what happens on respawn, AFTER I’ve been killed.

Everyone’s pets spawn in a BG after you die with previous dots etc, its been a classic thing since 2004
They only fixed it in later expansions
Like i said, its unacceptable you guys can solo thunderaan tho, a literal raid boss… very healthy for the game when that translates to pvp as well KEK
My pet doesn’t even rez with me half the time in AV, it’s absurd.
Soul Link can’t be used in meta form. You’re getting bent over by meta form by itself even after they gave it a 15% damage nerf.
Thunderaan doesn’t do any mechanics if nobody goes into melee range. That’s not a meta form problem that’s a boss design problem.
Pets are garbage. Never gonna change. Deal with it.
This bug was in Wrath classic and they fixed it.

you do realize despite your attempts at trying to tell someone theyre bad at the game for losing to meta form that the lack of damage you do doesnt mean anything when the other class doesnt have near the same sustain as the other class. You can sit there taking 20 damage autos and dodging most rogues melees and yellow attacks all while healing through all of it, meanwhile your perma uptime drain life and other spells will widdle down a rogue before they even get you past 80% hp. Even if i get you into a stunlock my special attacks crit for 400-500 WITH sebacious up. Even if i get sebacious poison and 4 stacks of wound poison the mit meta warlocks have will far outlast against any rogue before their dots/spells/pets do 4k dmg to me. Tanks in wow are supposed to be harder to kill, this is true. This has been a design for all of wow, BUT that doesnt mean it should be impossible.
For what it’s worth, most warlocks aren’t going into BGs as meta. It’s far better to be Demo with Felguard and Haunt.
Meta hard counters melee but gets blown up by magic due to the lose of offensive abilities and fear. For vanilla wow that is considered balanced.
In meta I’ve got the same mitigation as a boomkin btw.
i have to say , after playing a lock for quite a while now, i wish they would fix pets spawning with dots on them or half health or both or even NOT SPAWNING AT ALL IN BGS.
