Fix Tyrion in SW for "The Attack!"

Tyrion can’t be talked to during this RP event. It needs to be fixed. Everyone is waiting around during peak hours, unable to coordinate returning “Items of SomeConsequence” before accepting.

I was stupid enough to finish the quest, which gave him a yellow question mark for a turn in.

I couldn’t turn in at all the question mark disappeared after the event.

So I abandoned it 4 times and redid the event 4 times.

Then I realized you don’t turn it back into him.
