Because for 554 loot I wont even waste my time doing 5 dungeons for the quest. Even on a fresh 80 it’s not worth it. 580=Heroic dungeon ilvl at least would motivate me to run some to gear a fresh alt. But 554? Nah pass. I’ll use them for leveling, but nothing more
