Yeah… about that. I hope they fixed it recently but there was a bug where you couldn’t buy the green and purple quality cloak.
If that’s what you’re talking about.
Karazhan hero portal dropped me in the ocean where I couldnt fly to shore fast enough to not die from fatigue.
This bug reminded me of mages portaling people to Dalaran crater. I almost thought it was an anniversary feature to relive the old memories lol.

It’s not fixed. They didn’t fix that, I have no idea why it’s in the patch notes.
