Fix the ledge in Shadowfang Keep

You know the one I’m talking about. The room with all the staircases and Son of Arugal / Lupine Horror in it. There’s a ledge where one of the Sons often patrols right up against the ledge, and even though you’re down on the lower level, it proximity aggros from up on the ledge and proceeds to pull every single mob in the entire area as it runs down to you, resulting in an inevitable wipe.

Is it that hard to just put an invisible wall on that ledge? I’ve wiped so many times because of this weird proximity aggro. Even with everyone in the group being level 25.

If you know about it, it never happened to you more than once right?

It’s funny that and the boat in VC/DM I can always tell when the tank hasn’t had a bad pull yet.

Or you could just be mindful of it. Is it really so difficult to just pay attention?

I love the care you have to take in some Classic dungeons. SFK, Deadmines boat, UBRS before Rend. Pulling is the great divide, and lets you know right away if the tank knows his game.
