3rd toon in a row dead to dc due to bad servers. not motivated to play anymore if my character is just gonna be erased over blizzard’s negligence to maintain their servers.
I played for literally 10 hours today. I didn’t experience a single DC. Maybe you need to reduce the amount of addons you’re using or get a better ISP.
He’s not wrong about the DC’s I just had my lvl 32 character die from a DC while I was questing. And now all that time and effort is gone. I’d be less upset and mad if it was from my own mistake or or making a poor judgement call. But to lose a character I’ve been working tirelessly on to something that 100% not of my own doing and something out of my control is infuriating.

I’ve had three today, albeit I’m playing softcore. I went about three months without a D/C prior to the Anniversary Edition coming out. Now it’s several a day.
It is possibly addon related, right? New patch messes with addons. But it’s intellectually dishonest to try and claim that people aren’t having sudden and significant D/C problems, or that their ISPs suddenly became garbage, coincidentally, last Thursday at 5:00pm EST.
Blizzard bootlickers are the worst.
