I could say that it was working properly for me today. However, larger realms may still have problems. Blizzard did post that there was a speed issue in the AH and they are working on it. May the odds be ever in your favor!

It is not the end of the world if can’t use the Auction House.
They are doing something about it. They had a post on it yesterday. These things take time to fix.
