Who thought that gating a 34 slot bag behind a limited time event was a good idea? That then decided that gating the bag behind an RNG drop off a rare spawn with a 6 hour and 40 minute respawn(later dropped to 3 hours and 20 minutes) was a good idea. Then didn’t even consider the possibility of people griefing with ghouls to screw people out of that excessively long respawn?
Why is this bag not just on the vendor? Serious question, who subjects their paying customers to this garbage? You could have put it on the vendor, and set it’s price to 40 rares worth of kills. You’d have both had people playing more often (I only log on for the 5 minutes necessary to kill the bag rare at this point), and a lot less frustration for everyone involved.
Also, fix the exploits people are using with ghouls. As best I can tell, they’re logging off at the bag rare, and then someone (or their second account, yay multiboxing) is letting them know when to jump in and screw people out of the bag.
I don’t think anyone actually cares about the 2 slots. IMO it’s just cause it’s there and it’s going to go bye bye and the nearest equivalent costs 500k plus there’s no 34 slot craftable bags in SL.
I’ve seen I think one or two non-scourge stone drops across the 30-some-odd rare kills I’ve done. It’s not particularly upsetting, but it is kind of bizarre and unfortunate.
There are literally zero valid arguments for why it shouldn’t have just been placed as an item on the vendor. There’s already nothing worth getting from him, might as well make the currency usable for something.
Don’t worry! It is purely a guess. However, I am 100% sure that I am correct, as always! (just kidding)
The alternative is that they never give us more bag space, I suppose. I expect that we will be getting bigger bags or maybe more bag/bankbag slots down the line.
How is it fair that I’ve missed a trinket, a leg, a weapon (when I needed one), and instead got this bag that has a half stack number on top (2 stack instead of the normal 4 stack). I’ll use it because why not but no one will know and it won’t really mean much to me. Unfortunate, it should’ve gone to someone who’d have appreciated it. Naw I do like it, a big bag is a thing where Vulpera come from.
It is just 2 extra slots from what the highest standard bag size is (32 slots). If you think not having 2 extra slots is the end of the world, you need to grow up.
Why is any item on a mob? Maybe the whole game could be minimalised to a single empty room with a mailbox where you get mailed a set amount of gold each week and a vendor with every item in the game.
You are essentially complaining about the whole RPG / MMO genre.
