Fix Solo Shuffle MMR

STOP ignoring us. We have been screaming for weeks to inject some MMR into the shuffle ladder. Only ONE player in the WORLD hit 2400 in shuffle 6 weeks in.

This means all the way down the ladder no one can unlock the rewards.

Inject like 500 MMR in immediately before you completely kill the season.

Stop doing nothing it’s pathetic.
