I shouldn’t have to jump through this many hoops to get my main into the same phase as my alt when they keep getting ganked on the same damn server.
Just so you know - there are no developers, QA or community managers in this forum - this is a player help player forum.
If you’d like to make a suggestion - use either the General forum or the in-game suggestion feature.
If you think you found a bug, report it via the bug report forum or the in-game bug report.

Can’t fix sharding without forcing people offline to accommodate you by freeing up that spot.
Easiest fix is for you to play during non-primetime hours.

Playing during “non-primetime” hours has absolutely no effect on which shard my main is on relative to my alt.
The CS forum isn’t for feedback on in-game things, like sharding. More to the point, the devs won’t see it here as they don’t view this forum. If you want to post where they take such feedback, general would be the best catch all.
