It’s an alpha test for a reason. If Blizz literally has no notes for shaman when pretty much all of our trees are a hot mess, then what is the point of the alpha? Do your jobs, fix the trees, do it the right way. Everything after alpha is for minor changes, not major reworks, and everything we’ve heard about our trees needs a MAJOR rework. Please Blizz, show shamans some love for once. We got our talent trees last and haven’t had any significant attention paid to us even after we finally got our stuff on alpha. You’d think with all of the extra weeks of testing OTHER classes got that you would buckle down and focus on those who just barely got added, but you’re still just working on your favorite classes. Please do your jobs and listen to those who are giving you feedback on the trees, cuz it’s clear now that the people developing our trees are very out of touch with what shamans want and need, meaning none of the devs play our class. So if none of your devs are playing our class, listen to those who are playing it every single day.
The hero specs don’t even really make sense.
They want Stormbringer to make elemental be a lightning caster, that’s fine, but the way the lightning build is set up in the spec tree isn’t a lightning caster. Only lightning spell you cast is Lightning Bolt in single target. If you want to go all in on being a lightning caster they need more than just Lightning Bolt.
Tempest as it is currently is a complete and utter joke since it doesn’t interact with any of the Lightning Bolt talents, which makes it just worse than Lightning Bolt in single target. How do you design an “upgrade” for a spell and somehow make it worse than the original spell?
Stormstrike doesn’t even do innate lightning damage (nature) its all physical with some other talents giving some nature damage as an offshoot.
Wait, is stormstrike really physical damage? I need to go look at my talent trees lol

Yea. They keep adding more combo elements to classes while shamans is still all single types over and over. At this point they might as well turn it back into primal strike. Shaman is being robbed like warlock was robbed for awhile by DK’s and DH.
Stormstrike has always been physical damage (for some reason). I always thought it should be half-physical and half-nature damage.
They need to rename it. They should just give ss to warriors they seem to be more enhance in tww

Bellular stated the alpha would be over like three weeks ago and we are still getting alpha builds currently. Streamers are wrong and again I would like an actual source
