Fix glitch/reset spots for boosting in TBC

You just said pog. Imagine that.

Oh wow, are we 5 back in grade school? I know you are but what am I?

no you, your mom how about that

Mages already can’t do that in BC because they capped targets on AoE.

LOL they have? Is having an Alliance player MC Runthak so you can kill him and reset the 8 hour timer on Onyxia’s head buff not an exploit or what?

Sorry but it is absolutely exploiting mob pathing when you take one step to your left and the mobs do a 180 and run all the way back around to get over the curb to reach you.

Exactly, its not in the game in any other expan? Why? Because blizzard took it out, its the same thing with pathing bosses, it would be completely broken.

I didn’t say they were super active about fixing things just that #nochanges isn’t a valid defense for abusing an exploit or for it not getting fixed.

If you talk to a gm, they will tell you, they have been open about this issue before. Boosters just would hate to see there 1 pulls go because thats there wow income

They explicitly looked at it and decided not to change it… so only some exploits are acceptable #notclear

Because classic is almost over lmfao and its not a issue ANYWHERE else

Its the same thing with bots, they claim they’ve banned “THIS MANY” bots but yet I still see the same bots I did two months ago in winterspring. How you gonna sit here and tell me 1 thing when I KNOW its another, if it touches there money they arent doing it. Boosters touch there money

Are you going to prove every reset point is a glitch or just jaw flap?

I wouldn’t say its a glitch but it was not intended to be in the game, therefor I would say its a exploit which is fixed AFTER classic

if this was done to the extent it is now back in vanilla it would have been fixed 100%

Exploiting game mechanics is perfectly in the rules.

Using teleport and fky hacks, which is HUGE in Classic, is not.

Blizzard slimy does not care. They could fix these hacks server side but they won’t.

Great news! In TBC, you don’t use a Mage to boost, you just make a Paladin and faceroll the entire dungeon without any pathing exploits!

Slight tweaks to the exploit spots are enough to significantly handicap those methods to a point where it’s no longer worth it. there’s no need to change pathing algorithm.

No one cares about your opinion. If these things were possible in vanilla then they should be possible now. Get over it.

There’s a fine line between exploit and clever use of game mechanics. Intentionally glitching mobs seems much more like an exploit than clever use of pathing.

You could still very easily one pull mara without the pole changing pathing.

It would just take a bit longer

I’m pretty sure that in tbc, the safe spotting in zf by the zombies was fixed.
