Fix DK abomination bug please

Abomination stopped applying DOTs and this has been in effect for 2 months.

Looking at Wowhead it seems like this exact version of buff Disease Cloud on pet could not be found? Yet the tooltip clearly shows it exists on pet. None of the patch notes said they will remove it.

And while at it, fix all the bugs please.

Another bug is Spell Warden and Unyielding will do not work due to upgraded AMS having a different spell ID. Just like glyphs didn’t work for Unholy due to permanent pet.
