Still an issue for me. I’ve also noticed that my Conduit casts don’t always trigger Heart of the Jade Serpent.

I’ve been trying to find a pattern that could explain why this occurs, but no luck.

Hoping Blizzard can resolve both of these issues in 11.1. Based on the patch notes above it looks like the fix is only for Mistweaver so far.
