Fix Bounty: More Coral Ancients!

Blizzard I have spent 1 hour plus flying around the marked zones trying to fine enough untagged elite coral ancients. And I have nothing!

This bounty is impossible. (In a reasonable time.)

We have to collect 7 of these and I believe they are all elites. There are not nearly enough of these things and they don’t spawn right.

And for what: 50 reputation!

Fix this quest, make it non elites, make it only 5, make them spawn more and give us at least 150 rep!!!

Yes it most certainly is. But I am trying to avoid using that term as it triggers some people.

There is a spot with 10 non-elite ones stacked on top of each other. They die in like, 2 hits.

There are plenty of non elite ones (walkers). They roam the coral forest and most of Nazjitar really. Patience is a virtue.

Why can’t Blizzard give us a nice QoL improvement on the forums and give us IGNORE again?

We could all put Rastlin on ignore and have to encounter far less stupidity that way.

Rastlin I can help you here. While its very unintuitive, there’s a cave where you can find your entire quest’s worth of coral ancients.

This quest is making me crazy.

edit: I am angry again!

Blizzard: The spot is not even marked on the map where the mobs are. And you have to swim through a secret underground cave and almost drown to get in and out! This is ridiculous!

I would have never found this place in a million years thanks to your faulty map markings!

Fix this quest!!!

No problem. I was frustrated to no end the first time I did that daily, so I thought I’d share the resource that helped me. That cave is literally your entire quest. Just go in there and AOE nuke them. I can’t remember, but I don’t think the giants in the cave are even elites.

No, they were not elite.

It is a real slap in the face that Blizzard did not even mark this quest on the map!

I think you must be camping places where they don’t spawn.

Took less than hour last time around when it was kill 15 and the server was a lot more crowded.

They don’t have to be elite.

The same dudes, non -elite, are way easier.

I always go to the coral forest. I did it today around 2pm, while it is even easier when I get off work at 1 am.

I found it fairly easy today, flying, got the bounty for 10 fathom rays done at the same time.

I was very upset last night with this quest and I have been working very hard of late to get Blizzard to fix this game!

I will continue in my efforts but will likely be posting less as I have addressed most of the major issues with 8.2 that have come up thus far!

I’ve swam in pools deeper than that cave. if you manage to drown in that short of a swim, you may have other issues.

There’s nothing wrong with the quest. Those things are everywhere at varying levels of health. Got the bounty done in maybe 10 min total counting flying time.

No slap in the face, and rastlin has pathfinder 2.

Hes slapped many casuals who complain on GD in the face this time.
